Luvafoodie Pesto Salmon

Delicious dinner for two!

 2 8 oz. filets of fresh salmon
 2 big bunches of basil leaves
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 1 ½ tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
 ½ cup pine nuts
 ½ cup Parmesan cheese
 ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
 Edible flowers to garnish- optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a blender blend basil, 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Blend until paste texture.

In baking pan add lemon juice and ½ tbsp. olive oil.

Add salmon filets to pan and top each filet with 1 tbsp. pesto mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Plate and garnish with edible flowers and basil leaves. Serve with asparagus and salad.
