Great summer desert to serve for company!

1 Sara Lee frozen pound cake (thawed)
3 tbsp orange juice
4 peaches or nectarines
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Luvafoodie Ginger Lime Spice Blend
1 container of mascarpone cheese
4 tbsp Land O Lakes Honey butter (room temperature)
2 tbsp Honey

In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, orange juice and Luvafoodie Ginger Lime Spice. Add peaches and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Grill peaches cut side down for about 4 minutes, cut into slices after grilled.

Slice pound cake into ½ “slices and spread honey butter on both sides of cake slices.

Grill cake slices until lightly browned, set aside.

On serving plates, plate cake slice, top with grilled sliced peaches.

Top cake and peaches with mascarpone cheese and drizzle with honey.
