Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious, tasty appetizer!

 2 packages of Baby Bella Crimini
 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (1 cup)
 1 cup Ricotta cheese part skim
 4 oz package of crumbled Feta cheese reduced fat
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Spice
 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 380 degrees

Rinse mushrooms and remove stems, set aside.

Squeeze and drain water from frozen spinach.

In a bowl combine spinach, ricotta cheese, feta cheese and Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb spice.

In a 9x13 pan add olive oil.

Take 1 tablespoon heaping of cheese mixture and fill it with mushrooms.

Add mushrooms to the pan.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
