Tasty Salmon Dinner for Two!

2 (6-oz) salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Luvafoodie Chili Lime Spice Blend
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves of minced garlic
½ cup low-sodium vegetable broth
¼ cup lime juice
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup chopped cilantro

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Season salmon with Luvafoodie Chili Lime spice. Cook salmon until golden brown for about 6 minutes.

Transfer salmon to plate.

Add butter and garlic. Once the butter is melted, stir in broth, lime juice, and honey. Bring mixture to simmer, then stir in cilantro.

Reduce heat to medium and add salmon back to skillet. Simmer until the sauce has reduced and salmon is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Garnish with more cilantro and plate.
