Luvafoodie Chicken Lovers Meatballs with Buffalo Sauce

Delicious Tasty Appetizer to serve any party!

Ingredients for Meatballs:
 1 large egg
 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
 1 ½ tsp Luvafoodie Chicken Lovers spice
 1 ½ tsp Luvafoodie Smoke House Lovers spice
 1 lb ground lean chicken
  cup Pecorino cheese
 ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
Ingredients for Sauce:
 1 ⅓ cups whipping cream
 6 tbsp unsalted butter
 4 tbsp Frank’s Red-Hot Sauce
 ½ tsp Luvafoodie Smoke House spice
 1 tsp fresh chopped dill
 ¼ tsp sugar
Garnish: Cut up carrots and celery sticks
 1 cup cut up carrots
 1 cup celery sticks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking oil.

In a large bowl, mix egg, dill, hot sauce, Smoke House spice until combined.

Add the chicken, cheese, and breadcrumbs.

Mix with hands until evenly combined.

Using moistened hands roll into 1” meatballs. Bake for 20 minutes on baking sheet.

In a large skilled over medium heat combine cream, butter, until butter is melted.

Add hot sauce, Smoke House spice, dill, and sugar. Bring it to a gentle boil and reduce heat until cream is thickened.

Add meatballs to sauce, plate, and sprinkle with scallions.

Plate and serve with carrots and celery sticks.
