Delicious Healthy Summer Salad!
2 cups cooked cubed chicken breasts
1 ½ cups shredded purple cabbage
1 ½ cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
¼ cup chopped white onions
1 cup sliced pea pods
Ingredients for Dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp orange juice from orange
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Luvafoodie Sesame Lovers Spice
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger.
1 tbsp Minute Miso

In a large bowl combine all vegetables and chicken.

In a small bowl whisk together: olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, orange juice, rice wine vinegar, ginger, honey, and miso.

Pour the dressing over vegetables and chicken, toss until mixed.
