Smoke House Lovers Corn Quinoa Salad

 1 cup uncooked quinoa (cook per directions on box)
 1 cup corn (fresh corn cut off cob) or frozen corn.
 1 (15 oz. can) black beans
 ½ cup red pepper chopped
 ½ cup green pepper chopped
 ½ cup minced white onion
 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp lime juice
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Smoke House Spice Blend
 1 tsp red wine vinegar

Cook quinoa per package directions, put cooked quinoa in a bowl.

Add to bowl, onion, green pepper, red pepper, black beans, and onion.

In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, lime juice, Smoke House spice and red wine vinegar.

Add dressing to quinoa and vegetables and toss.
