Delicious Summer Corn Recipe to serve at BBQ’s!
Heat grill to medium
Remove husk and silk from corn. Cut corn in half lengthwise.
Lay flat side down and cut each half into 3 or 4 lengthwise pieces. Repeat until all corn is cut into spears.
In a small bowl mix together, Luvafoodie Smoke House spice, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice and jalapeno.
Brush corn ribs with olive oil
Add ribs to grill, cut side down. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes; flip ribs and grill for another 5 minutes.
Remove ribs and plate on serving dish.
Brush corn with cream mixture, sprinkle with cheese and top with fresh cilantro.
