Luvafoodie Meat Lovers Potato and Steak Appetizer

Fun and Tasty Appetizer to serve for company!

 1.50 lbs Small Little color potatoes
 2 medium sized ribeye steaks
 1 small container of Daisy Sour Cream
 2 tbsp Horseradish Cream
 3 tsp Luvafoodie Meat Lovers Spice
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Chives – fresh chopped to garnish

Coat both sides of ribeye steak with olive oil and sprinkle with ½ tsp. Luvafoodie Meat Lovers spice.

Fill a pot of water, add potatoes, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and Cool.

In a small bowl mix together sour cream, horseradish cream sauce and 2 tsp. Luvafoodie Meat Lovers spice.

Preheat grill, grill the steak for about 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice potatoes in half. Cut steak in slice and lay a slice on each potato half.

Top with a small spoonful of sour cream mixture, Garnish with chopped chives.
