Festive Appetizer to serve for the holiday season!
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, Luvafoodie Herb Lovers and sour cream.
Shape cheese mixture into one large ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill cheese mixture in refrigerator for two hours.
Remove cheese mixture and roll in pecan and parsley mixture.
Shape cheese ball into three is size balls, to make snowman and place on serving plate.
Use black olives too for snowman hat, eyes and buttons.
Cut red pepper to form mouth and carrot to form nose.
Use pretzel sticks for arms.
Serve with assorted crackers.
