Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Hummus Appetizer

Delicious Festive Holiday appetizer to serve.

1 ½ cups cups of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

½ cup tahini

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice

5 tbsp water

½ cup feta cheese

½ cup pearl mozzarella balls

¼ cup sliced green onions

¾ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley

Small cherry tomatoes assorted colors cut in half

½ cup sliced olives

1 slice of cheddar cheese cut into a star shape

Pita chips or pita bread

In a blender, place chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and Garlic Lovers spice.

Add water as needed, and then blend until creamy.

Transfer hummus to tree platter.

Decorate hummus with flat-leaf parsley, and green onions.

Add feta cheese, pearl mozzarella and cherry tomatoes for decorations.

Add olives to base of tree for stem.

Add cheese shape stars as topper decoration.
