Lemon Caper Salmon

Delicious healthy dinner for two!

 2 filets (8 oz.) fresh salmon
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
 1 juice of lemon
 2 tbsp capers
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 2 tbsp white dry wine (Pinot Grigio)
 ½ cup chopped parsley
 ¼ cup chopped basil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a small bowl mix together basil, parsley, 1 tbsp. olive oil, and Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers.

In an ovenproof pan add salmon skin side down. Add to pan1 tbsp. olive oil, white wine, and capers.

Top salmon with parsley mixture.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
