WA Frosts is an upscale American cuisine restaurant located at 374 Selby Ave, St. Paul, MN. It is has been voted one of the best outside patios in St. Paul. They have an extensive award winning wine list. At 5:00 daily they offer a Chef’s Tasting menu which I suggest trying. Some of my favorite dishes I like are Steamed Blue Mussels in a coconut green curry broth with cilantro, celery and chilies, strawberry salad and grilled lamb burger. It is the one restaurant I go to every summer to sit dine on their patio.
