 1 large English cucumber (peeled, sliced ¼ in thick, pat dry)
 1 red bell pepper chopped
 ½ lb shrimp (raw or cooked, peeled, tails off) If using raw shrimp, add 3 min to cook time. They need to be fully pink when cooked.*Using frozen & thawed shrimp saves money, yet I prefer fresh wild caught.
 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 2 tsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice Blend
 12 tsp Smokehouse Lovers Spice Blend
 ¼ cup prepared Hummus (see Luvafoodie recipe or use store bought garlic hummus)

I used a cast iron skillet, yet any skillet will work.

Add 1 tbsp oil to a skillet and put on medium heat.

Add the chopped red bell pepper and the garlic lovers spice to the pan, sauteing for 3-4 min

Add the shrimp (I used cooked shrimp to save time) and cook for 2 min.

Put the shrimp and peppers in a bowl to cool while assembling the appetizer.

Place the cucumbers on a serving plate, add a schmear of hummus, then a shrimp, add a few of the cooked peppers and then sprinkle with a pinch of smokehouse lovers spice blend
