 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese
 1 10 oz box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
 1 can artichoke hearts, (drained and chopped)
  cup nonfat Greek yogurt
 1 cup low fat cream cheese
  cup mayonnaise (I use avocado oil-based mayo)
 2 tsp garlic (minced)
 1 tsp Luvafoodie garlic lovers
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Spice
  Optional Dippers: fresh bread, garlic toast, tortilla strips, pita chips, Persian cucumber & carrot slices

Get a serving plate out on the counter

Preheat oven to 375F

Mix together parmesan cheese, spinach and artichokes

Combine remaining ingredients and mix with the spinach mixture

Bake for 20-30 minutes

Serve with one or more of the optional side dippers
