 8 oz salmon filet (skin on)
 ½ tsp Luvafoodie Margarita Spice Blend + 1/8 tsp
 1 tsp Luvafoodie Umami Spice Blend
 ½ lemon (seasoned on the flesh with ⅛ tsp margarita spice)Optional serving suggestions: serve on mixed greens, sauteed spinach with an herbed couscous.

Season the salmon flesh with a ½ tsp Luvafoodie Margarita Spice Blend and 1 tsp Luvafoodie Umami Spice Blend

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.

Place the seasoned salmon skin side down and cook for approx. 10 min.

When cooked through, remove from the pan and place the lemon (cut side down and cook approx. 3 min

Place the salmon on a plate, garnish and squeeze the lemon over top
