Yields1 Serving
 4 eggs (crack the eggs into a small bowl and beat for 1 minute)
 6 strips turkey bacon
 ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese or shredded smoked cheddar cheese
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Smokehouse Lovers Spice Blend
 6 egg roll wrappers (each one cut into 4 equal squares) 24 wonton wrappers
 Small bowl of water to use to seal the edges of the wontons before frying
 Vegetable Oil for frying egg rolls
 Sriracha sauce or ketchup or sweet chili sauce for dipping (optional)
 Plate with paper towels draped over top to place cooked wontons onto

Cut each egg roll wrapper into 4 equal squares (cut down the middle, turn 90 degrees and cut down the middle again).

In a nonstick pan, cook the bacon according to package, remove from the pan and chop into small pieces

In the same nonstick over medium low heat, pour the eggs and cook the scrambled eggs until slightly firm.

Place the wonton wrappers out on a baking sheet and place a tablespoon of egg, some bacon pieces, some cheese and sprinkle of Luvafoodie Smokehouse Lovers spice blend.

Dip a finger in the water and gently run your finger on all four sides of the wonton wrapper.

Bring opposite corners together at the top and then pinch together the seams to seal in ingredients.

In a medium size pot (mine was 6 in diameter) add oil until 1” deep over medium-low heat

Drop 4 wontons in at a time and use tongs to flip over. Likely 2 min per side.

Repeat with each one until all cooked (may need to turn up or down the heat based on stove)

Serve Immediately with dipping sauce and ENJOY!
