 4 (thawed) Cornish Hens
Ingredients for Stuffing:
 1 ½ loaves of white bread, crust cut off
 2 yellow onions, chopped
 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
 1 cup of chopped celery
 1 package of sage seasonings
 2 cloves of garlic chopped
 3 tbsp unsalted butter
 ½ cup chicken broth
 Dash of salt
 Dash of black pepper
Ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce:
 ¾ cup of soy sauce
 2 tbsp fresh ginger chopped
 2 cloves of garlic chopped
 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
 ½ cup of honey
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 1 tbsp sesame seeds

1. In a small sauce pan add all ingredients for sauce, cook over low heat for five minutes and set aside.

2. Cut bread into small cubes add to a large bowl.

3. In sauce pan: add butter, celery, onions, mushrooms, chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic, and sage. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

4. Add celery mixture to bowl with bread, mix together.

5. In large roasting pan, arrange four hens. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Stuff each hen with stuffing mixture.

7. Pour sauce over hens.

8. Bake at 380 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
