A soft serve of liquor with fresh bliss of strawberries in the side for the party to enjoy!

Prep Time30 mins
 4 pints of strawberries
 1 cup of water
 ¼ cup of Limoncello
 ½ cup sugar
 1 ½ tsp. of fresh lime juice

1. Place strawberries in blender and puree until smooth.

2. Put strawberry puree through a sieve into medium bowl.

3. In a saucepan, combine water with sugar and cook over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

4. Let the sugar syrup cool.

5. Add the sugary syrup to strawberry puree, add Limoncello and lime juice.

6. Put granita mixture into a large shallow pan and freeze. About 30 minutes.

7. Use a fork; scrape the ice crystals into the center of the pan.

8. Continue to freeze granita for another 2 hours, scraping the ice crystals into the center of pan every 30 minutes.

9. Granita should be fluffy and icy.

10. Serve in bowls.
