 4 thawed lobster tails. Remove meat from tail (or 1 lb. of raw shrimp deveined)
 3.50 tsp Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers spice blend.
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2.50 tbsp low-fat mayoinnaise
 1 tbsp chopped red-onion
 1 package of mini-hawaiian slider buns
 0.50 bunch of butter lettuce

Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

In a shallow baking pan, mix together olive oil, and 1 1/2 tsp. Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers.

Add lobster tails.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove lobster and cut into bite-size pieces.

Put lobster pieces in a small bowl, mix with mayonnaise, red onion, and 2 tsp. Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers Spice Blend.

Top lobster mixture on each mini slider bun.
