A warm served of delicious shell top on pasta to enjoy!

1. Scrub and debeard mussels.
2. Soak and mussels and clams in ice water.
3. In a large frying pan sauté together onions, tomatoes, garlic with 2 tbsp. olive oil for about 10 minutes.
4. Add wine and seafood stock, salt, pepper. Cook another 10 minutes over medium heat.
5. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Set aside.
6. Drain off water from mussels and clams.
7. Add mussels and clams to tomato sauce over medium heat.
8. Cook until mussels and clams open up.
9. Remove lobster meat from shell and cut into bite size pieces.
10. Add lobster to tomato sauce, cook for 3 minutes.
11. Add pasta to tomato seafood sauce.
12. Toss pasta with sauce for a minute.
13. Serve on platter.
