 12 Wonton wrappers
 ½ Red bell pepper diced
 ¼ White onion finely chopped
 2 Cloves garlic minced
 1 Small lemon, juiced
 1 Tbsp. Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers spice blend
 2 Tbsp. Cilantro chopped
 6 oz. Soft white fish (Cod, Swai, etc)
 1 tbsp. Olive oil (to cook ingredients
 Vegetable oil (to cook wontons)

Over medium heat put a tbsp olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Add the onion and red pepper to the pan and saute 3-4 min. Add the garlic. Cook for 2 more minutes

Add ½ tbsp. Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers Spice Blend stir.

Coat both sides of the fish with remaining ½ tbsp Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers spice blend.

Cook the fish 7-8 min per side. When fully cooked, add cilantro and flake fish apart. Mix all ingredients together. Add 1 tbsp Lemon juice over top.

In a large pot with high sides, add vegetable oil ¼ in deep and heat.

Lay out the wrappers. Fill with 1 Rounded Tbsp of fish mixture (no liquid). With a wet finger, run it along two edges of the wrapper and fold into a triangle. Press edges down to seal.

Fry 1-2 min each side and plate. Enjoy!

I recommend pairing these sassy fish wontons with a lovely Sauvignon Blanc to pair with the spicy, citrus, garlic and fish combination.
