2 8oz. fillets of salmon
2 tbsp. Luvafoodie Olive Oil
2 tbsp. white wine
1 ½ tbsp. capers
Juice of 1 lemon
1 ½ tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice blend
Lemon slices as a garnish- optional

1. Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

2. In an oven proof baking pan mix together olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, Garlic Lovers spice blend, and capers.

3. Place salmon skin side down in pan.

4. Spoon olive oil mixture over top of salmon.

5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
