A delightful Salmon delicacy with a dash of yogurt and cucumber!

 1 8 oz. filet of fresh salmon
 ½ cup of Greek plain yogurt
 ½ cup of cucumber diced and unpeeled
 1 tsp. lemon juice
 ½ tsp. minced garlic
 1 tsp. capers
 1 tsp. olive oil
 1 sprig of fresh dill
 Dash of salt
 Dash of pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a small bowl mix together yogurt, cucumber, capers, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper.

3. In an oven proof pan add salmon and top with sauce.

4. Bake for 15 minutes.
