4 cups of chopped rhubarb
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup of water
¼ tsp. of cinnamon
4 cups of vanilla ice cream

1. In a sauce pan add rhubarb, sugar, water, and cinnamon.

2. Cook over medium heat until rhubarb is tender and makes a sauce. Cool for 30 minutes.

3. Put one cup of ice cream in four bowls.

4. Spoon rhubarb sauce over ice cream.
