Try this tasty raspberry delight as breakfast or snack to brighten up your day!
1. On a cutting surface cut kumquats in to small pieces and remove seeds.
2. In a saucepan add raspberries, kumquats and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
3. Add syrup, brandy and cinnamon and cook for another 15 minutes or until sauces thickens.
(Optional) Serve over goat cheese or cream cheese as an appetizer or on toast for breakfast,
