Flatbread combines sweet, salty and spicy flavors together in a scrumptious flatbread.

 1 thin crust flatbread (48 grams)
 2 tbsp. pepper jelly
 1 tbsp. of truffle oil
 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
 ¼ lb. prosciutto
 1 tbsp. dried leeks

1. In a small bowl mix together pepper jelly and truffle oil.

2. Spread jelly mixture on flatbread.

3. Top with cheese.

4. Add procussito and sprinkle with leeks.

5. Bake at 375 until cheese is cooked and flatbread crisp 8-10 minutes.
