Try this interesting take of the salad served in a nice hot dish!

1. Rinse potatoes with water.
2. In a large pot add water and potatoes. Water should cover potatoes.
3. Boil potatoes until tender and cooked 25 minutes or until tender with fork.
4. Drain and cut potatoes into 1” bite size pieces.
5. In a large bowl: combine sour cream, pizza sauce and garlic.
6. Fold potato pieces into sour cream mixture.
7. Cut mozzarella into bite size pieces.
8. Cut pepperoni slices in half.
9. Stir in parmesan cheese, mozzarella, red onion and pepperoni to potato mixture.
10. Stir in basil and parsley.
11. Season with salt and pepper.
