Pasta with Tomato and Basil

Yields1 Serving

Scrumptious serving of ripe tomato dashed with Olive oil just for you and your couple!

 ½ lb. of bow tie pasta
 3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
 2 cup of chopped fresh tomatoes
 1 small yellow onion chopped
 ½ cup of white wine
 2 cloves of garlic minced
 ½ cup of fresh mozzarella cut into bite size pieces
 ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
 ½ cup of fresh basil chopped
 Dash of salt
 Dash of red pepper flakes

1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain off water.


2. Add pasta to a bowl and toss with 1 tbsp. olive oil, set aside.


3. In large saucepan, sauté tomatoes and onion, garlic with 2 tbsp. olive oil, wine, salt, and pepper flakes for 15 minutes.


4. Add pasta to saucepan, toss with tomato mixture.


5. In a serving dish, toss pasta with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.


6. Top with basil.
