This dish goes wonderfully with a great rice or risotto of your choice!
Also, a great garlic bread!
Of course a great wine too!

Cut up all pork and tangerines and vegis to nice size bite cubes.
Mix olive oil, tangerine juice, pepper and Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice in 2 bowels.
Marinate pork separate from fruit and vegis. (You will use non meat marinate again to baste later).
Skewer items on metal or water soaked kabob skewers, starting with meat, ending with meat.
Place on medium hot BBQ grill of choice, charcoal or gas.
Roll and turn kabobs on grill for about 10 minutes.
