A lean, mean Minnesota sandwich in green, best eaten this fall!

 • 4 fresh ground turkey patties
 • 4 hamburger buns
 • 3/4 cup of watermelon diced and remove seeds
 • ½ tbsp. chopped finely jalapeno peppers
 • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
 • 1 tsp. minced garlic
 • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
 • ½ cup chopped red onion
 • 4 pieces bib lettuce
 • Dash of garlic salt
 • Dash of salt
 • Dash of pepper

1. In a small bowl mix together watermelon, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. Season each side of turkey patties with garlic salt.

3. Turn grill on medium heat.

4. Grill turkey patties about 5-7 minutes on each side.

5. Top turkey patties with 1 tablespoon of watermelon salsa.
