Perfect dinner for two, serve with Luvafoodie Peach Sangria.
1. Preheat oven to 370 degrees.
2. In an oven proof baking pan mix together olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, Garlic Lovers spice blend, capers, tomatoes and artichokes.
3. Place salmon skin side down in pan.
4. Spoon olive oil mixture over top of salmon.
5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
