A simple and easy-to-make rib-eye steak that'll sure impress your date into thinking twice about eating out!

 2 Rib-Eye steaks
 1 10 oz. package Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced
 ½ tsp. minced Garlic
 2 tbsp. unsalted Butter
 1 tbsp. Truffle oil
 2 tbsp. Marsala wine
 2 tbsp. Cream
 ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
 Salt-Dash
 Pepper-Dash

In a saucepan over medium heat add: butter, oil, wine, garlic, salt, pepper, and mushrooms.

Sauté mushrooms until they cooked and soft, about 10 minutes.

Stir in cream cook another 2 minutes.

Set aside mushroom mixture.

Season rib-eye steaks both sides with salt and pepper.

Turn oven to broil setting.

Put steaks on baking sheet and broil each side for 5 minutes or desired doneness.

Plate steaks.

Top steaks with mushrooms mixture and blue cheese crumbles.
