A nice grilled mouth-watering classic with a spicy kick to enjoy!

 1 lb. of Angus Beef (4 patties)
 8 Slices of Manchego cheese
 4 Kaiser Rolls
 2 Medium size tomatoes
 1 Sweet red pepper
 2 small green peppers
 1 Jalapeno pepper
 1 Bulb of garlic
 1 Bunch of fresh cilantro
 1 tbsp. Olive oil
 1 cup spring greens
 Salt
 Pepper

1. In a blender combine tomatoes, red pepper, green peppers, jalapeno pepper, garlic, cilantro, olive oil, salt, pepper. Pulse to blend about 2 minutes. Set aside in refrigerator.

2. Divide beef into four patties. Season both sides with a dash of salt and pepper.

3. Broil or grill each hamburger until medium done or your preference.

4. A minute before hamburgers are done, top each burger with two slices of cheese. Cook another minute until cheese is melted.

5. Put each cheeseburger on roll top with 1 tbsp. of sauce and ¼ cup of spring greens.
