Foodielicious Dinner for two.

 2 (8 oz.) fresh filets of Mahi Mahi
 ½ cup of Panko breadcrumbs
 2 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Seasoning
 2 tablespoon of Luvafoodie Olive Oil
 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
 1 tbsp. lemon juice
 2 tsp. of Trader Joe’s Aioli Garlic Mustard sauce
 1 tbsp. capers

1. In a small saucepan add butter, lemon juice, mustard sauce, over medium heat cook for 5 minutes.

2. Add capers to sauce. Set aside

3. Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

4. In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs and Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers seasonings.

5. Pat fish side with olive oil and seasoned panko bread crumbs.

6. To a baking pan add one tablespoon of Luvafoodie olive oil.

7. Add fish skin side down.

8. Bake fish for 20 minutes or until flaky.

9. Plate and serve with warm butter caper sauce.

(Optional) Serve with Luvafoodie Peach Sangria.
