Luvafoodie Umami Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
2 large portabella mushroom caps
½ cup of goat cheese crumbles
½ cup of fresh spinach leaves
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Umami Spice Blends
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In an oven proof pan put 1tbsp. olive oil in pan.
Stuff mushroom caps with spinach leaves, goat cheese crumbles, green onion.
Drizzle 1 tbsp. olive oil over both caps.
Serves two, perfect side dish or appetizer.
