Luvafoodie Umami and Sesame Lovers Poke Bowl

Delicious Asian flavors combined into one bowl!

Japanese Mayo:
 
 1 ½ tsp. squeezed lemon juice
 1 tbsp. sherry cooking wine
 1 tbsp. soy sauce
 1 oz. shaved pickled ginger
 2 tbsp. Luvafoodie Umami Spice Blends
 1 egg yolk
 1 tsp. sugar
 1 cup grape seed oil
 1 ½ tsp. hot water
 
Poke:
 
 ¾ lb. ahi tuna
 1 sliced avocado
 ½ cup sliced cucumbers
 1 tbsp. chopped scallions
 1 lime
 2 tbsp. soy sauce
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Sesame Lovers Spice
Mayo Directions:

Combine all mayo ingredients in a food processor.

Puree ingredients slowly add grape seed oil.

Add 1 ½ tsp. of hot water, continue to puree until think mayonnaise consistency.

For Poke:

1. In a frying pan on medium heat add Sesame Lovers spice, toast spice blend for 1 minute.

2. Add juice of one lime and soy sauce to sesame blends.

3. Remove and set aside.

4. Dice up tuna and place in bowl.

5. Toss sesame sauce over tuna.

6. Garnish tuna bowl with sliced avocados, cucumbers and scallions.

7. Drizzle Japanese mayonnaise over tuna and vegetables.
