A great turkey recipe to share any-time of the year.

1 lb. Turkey Tenderloin
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Butter melted
1 Tbsp. Dry Vermouth
1 Tbsp. Capers
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. minced garlic
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

In an 8×8 glass pan add all ingredients except turkey, stir together.

Add turkey tenderloin.

Marinate tenderloin for 3 hours in refrigerator.

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
