Delicious Summer Soup!

5 cups vegetable stock
Juice of 1 lemon
1 14 oz. can of white beans (undrained)
1 zucchini, cut into ½ pieces
2 celery stalks diced
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium carrot, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice
¼ tsp red chili flakes
Bunch of basil

Heat olive oil in large Dutch oven and sauté onion, carrot, and celery over medium heat until softened.

Stir in beans, Zucchi, Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice and add stock.

Stir in lemon juice and chili flakes.

Garnish with fresh basil
