 2 chicken breasts
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Sesame Lovers Spice Blend
 ¼ cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce + 1 tbsp honey)
 ¼ cup cup olive oil + 1 tbsp
 4 cups cooked rice (cook according to package)
 1 tbsp fresh garlic
 1 red bell pepper (chopped in strips)
 1 carrot (chopped)
 ¼ cup green peas cooked and room temperature
 1 green onion chopped for garnish

In a ziplock bag the morning before, marinate 2 chicken breasts in Luvafoodie spice, coconut aminos and olive oil.

When ready to make the meal, put the chicken and marinade in a pan over medium heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes (depending on how thick) on each side for a total of 20 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and cut into pieces. Put remaining liquid from the pan in a saucepan and cook the sauce over heat to reduce for 10 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the pan you cooked the chicken (over med heat) and add the carrots, bell pepper and fresh garlic to saute for 5-7 minutes.

Add the chicken into the veggies and pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies.

Plate the rice on the bottom, then spoon the chicken and veggies over top along with some sauce.

Sprinkle it with green onion and Enjoy!
