 2 chicken breasts
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Citrus Lovers Spice Blend
 1 lemon (juice only)
 1 lime (juice only)
 1 orange (juice only)
 ¼ cup olive oil
 4 cups Mixed greens
 ¼ cup red onion (cut in thin strips)
 ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
 ¼ cup chopped almonds or 1/2 cup croutons (Optional)

In a zip lock bag, the morning before, marinate 2 chicken breasts in 1 tbsp Citrus Lovers Spice Blend, olive oil and juice of 3 citrus fruits.

When ready to make the meal, put the chicken and all the juice in a pan over medium heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes (depending on how thick) on each side for a total of 20 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat. Cut the chicken into strips.

Plate the mixed greens, then the red onion, arrange the chicken pieces, sprinkle cilantro over top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese (and the nuts). enjoy!
