Delicious light summer pasta to make for any night!

Yields2 Servings
 2 cups penne pasta
 1 cup raw deveined shrimp
 2 cups crushed tomatoes
 ½ cup minced yellow onion
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp chopped basil
 2 tsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
 Parmesan CheeseOptional

In a frying pan sauté tomatoes, onions in olive oil for 15 minutes over low heat.

In a pot bring water to boil cook pasta to al dente.

Drain water and add pasta to tomato sauce

Add shrimp to tomato sauce, cook about 5 minutes until shrimp is cooked.

Plate and top with chopped basil.

Optional: Top with grated parmesan cheese
