Yields1 Serving
 2 boneless skinless chicken breast (or chicken breast filets)
 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Sesame Lover's spice blend
 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
 1/2 c reduced sodium chicken broth
 1/2 c heavy cream
 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
 ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
 2 cups rice of cooked rice or mashed potatoes

Season chicken breasts generously on both sides with Sesame Lover's Spice Blend. I like to add a little bit of Lawry's Seasoning salt & pepper too.

Put 2 tbs. of oil in Instant Pot using Sauté feature. When it says HOT, add seasoned chicken breasts.

Sauté for 6 minutes then flip over and sauté the other side for 4 minutes (you'll need to do a quick release on Instant Pot for the steam).

Set chicken aside.

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and sundried tomatoes to the Instant Pot and bring to a boil.

Put chicken back in Instant Pot on top of sauce - you may want to ladle some sauce over the top of chicken.

Cook on High for 8 minutes in the Instant Pot.

Do an Instant Release of steam. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Pour some sauce over the top of chicken and sprinkle shredded parmesan on the chicken.
