DELICIOUS Meatless Monday Dish!

Scrub and debeard mussels, soak mussels and clams in ice water.
In a large frying pan sauté together Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice, onions, tomatoes, garlic with 2 tbsp. olive oil for about 10 minutes.
Add wine and seafood stock, salt, pepper. Cook another 10 minutes over medium heat.
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Set aside
Drain off water from mussels and clams. Add to tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat until mussels and clams open up.
Add scallops to pan, cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Add pasta to tomato seafood sauce. Plate on platter.
