Healthy Tasty Salmon Recipe for 2!

 2 8 oz. filets of salmon, remove skin
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 2 tbsp white wine
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp capers
 1 ½ tsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
 Microgreens to garnish

Preheat oven 375

In a baking dish combine, olive oil, wine, capers and Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice.

Add salmon filets.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Plate on two plates and top with micro greens.

Serve with roasted potatoes.
