Luvafoodie Salmon and Asparagus Dinner

Healthy Tasty Dinner for two!

 2 8oz. filets of salmon
 1 bunch of asparagus
 1 bunch of parsley
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 ½ tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lover Spice
 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Sesame Lovers Spice
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preheat Oven 370 degrees

Rinse parsley and cut of stems. Chop parsley.

In a small bowl add 2 tbsp. olive oil, parsley, lemon juice and 1 tbsp. Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice. Set aside.

In an oven proof pan add olive oil and salmon skin side down.

Top each salmon filet with 1 tbsp. of parsley mixture.

Bake at 370 degrees for 20 minutes.

Rinse asparagus and cut off stems.

On a baking sheet add asparagus, drizzle with olive oil and sesame lovers spice.

Roast asparagus in oven for 15 minutes while salmon is baking.
