Everybody loves pizza and when better to server than your date night! You and your date are sure to love this romantic recipe. This recipe was featured on Fox News MN last September 2014.

 1 lb. of fresh pizza dough (ball)
 ¼ cup of Vom Fass Truffle Oil
 1 bunch of fresh basil
 ½ cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
 ½ cup of almonds
 3 cloves of garlic
 ¼ lb. of prosciutto ham
 2 tbsp. of truffle oil
 1 cup baby Bella sliced mushrooms
 1 bunch of asparagus
 1 orange Habanero Chili pepper
 8 oz. container fresh Mozzarella balls
 Dash of pepper
 Dash of salt

1. Preheat oven to 385 degree.

2. In a food processor or blender combine ¼ cup of truffle oil, basil, parmesan cheese, almonds and garlic. Pulse until chunky but spreadable. Set aside.

3. Rinse mushrooms and asparagus.

4. Cut off asparagus tips from stalk and set aside.

5. Slice mushrooms in half and set aside.

6. In a saucepan add 2 tbsp. truffle oil, salt and pepper with mushrooms and asparagus tips. Sauté until tender about 10 minutes, set aside.

7. Chop finely Habanero pepper, set aside.

8. Spray pizza pan with non-stick spray.

9. Roll-out pizza dough to round 1 inch thick and put on pizza pan.

10. Spread 3 tbsp. of truffle pesto sauce on pizza dough.

11. On top pesto sauce top with mushrooms, asparagus tips and chili pepper.

12. Then add prosciutto ham.

13. Cut fresh mozzarella balls in half and put on top of pizza.

14. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes or until crust is brown.
