 1 Duck thawed (5 lb.)
 1 yellow onion minced
 3 tbsp Luvafoodie Chicken Lovers Spice
 ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
 2 tbsp Triple Sec
 3 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp sugar
 Basil for garnish
 2 oranges sliced to garnish platter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Use a sharp knife and prick the skin of duck all over but not into the meat.

Put duck in roasting pan.

In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, onion, orange juice, Luvafoodie Chicken Lovers spice, Triple Sec, sugar.

Pour orange juice mixture over duck.

Roast duck for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 3 hours.
