Luvafoodie Olive Tapenade Cauliflower Steaks

Delicious Meatless Monday Dish!

 1 cup mixed olives, pitted
 2 tbsp capers
 2 tbsp red pepper cut in strips
 1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
 2 tbsp Luvafoodie Sesame Lovers Spice
 4 cauliflower steaks

Preheat oven to 375 degrees


In a bowl mix together olives, capers, red pepper, lemon juice, 2 tbsp. olive oil and Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spices. Set aside


Brush each side of cauliflower with olive oil, top with Luvafoodie Sesame Lovers spice.


Put cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.


Plate and top with olive tapenade.
