Tasty Chicken Dish to make any night of the week!

Yields4 Servings
 4 large chicken thighs
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers Spice
 ½ cup chicken broth
 10 ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
 2 tbsp capers
 3 tbsp red pepper cut into thin strips
 ¼ cup green olives sliced
 ½ cup artichoke hearts
 2 tbsp minced yellow onion
 2 tbsp cream
 ¼ cup dry white wine
 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

In a large nonstick skillet sauté onion, olive oil, lemon juice, white wine and Garlic Lovers spice, over medium heat until onions are translucent.

Add chicken stock, chicken thighs, olives, artichoke hearts, red pepper, and capers.

Cook about 15 minutes over medium heat or until chicken thighs are cooked through.

Add cream to pan and cook for another minute.

Plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
